Well, Hey There!

We’re so excited to have you here. It truly means the world to us that you are considering offloading some of your biggest headaches, annoyances, and down-right dreaded tasks to our team at Coffee & Clarity. Our team is small - in fact, it’s a team of one adult, one child and 3 four-legged helpers.

You’ll find humor is constantly present when needed, and reserved where appropriate here at Coffee & Clarity. We believe business should be fun and enjoyable, so let’s chat about your needs, come up with some solutions (like coffee), and get you back on track.

I’m Shaele

(pronounced Shay-la)

Born in California, raised in the beautiful PNW, with a soul from my grandma’s childhood growing up on Kaua’i.

After graduating from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) with my degree in History, I spent a lot of time sitting at a corporate desk, merely clocking in and out, never feeling satisfied that I was helping. I was stationary in a rapidly flowing river of life. I checked the boxes I was expected to, and still wasn’t experiencing the click of the perfect space for me. So in December 2020 after a hell of a year, struggling with raising a preschooler through a Pandemic, I said screw it and decided I’d go all in, finding my happiness, one cup at a time.

As a mom to the most special daughter I could ever imagine, I often come up with creative solutions to even the most difficult of tasks, which is where you’ll find I get a number of my ideas from. Being a mom also means I completely understand when your kids or other responsibilities need to be tended to during our interactions. Don’t ever apologize when your kids come running in during our video call, or if an emergency pops up that postpones something.

As Forest Gump said “Sh*t Happens :)”.

When I’m not chasing after my daughter, who is inevitably chasing after our Siberian Husky, Straw-Beary, you’ll find me somewhere in nature. I actively work in my garden as often as I can, and love being in the beautiful PNW forests or in the Hawaiian Oceans. More recently my free time is in the kitchen with my other child - my sourdough. That’s right - I was crazy enough to add in homemade bread and goodies to my daily activities, because why not?

Shaele, circa 1994 “thinking outside of the box”.

Now that you know me, I’d love to get to know you!
